    Wow!!!!!!!!!! The best chicken noodle soup I've tasted in a while. I think this was one of Rachael's best recipe. It was unbelievable.....If I can give it more stars, I would.

    Yummy!! I used a rotisserie chicken instead of poaching it. But I did add the parsley, thyme, dill, and lemon from the Poached Chicken recipe to the soup broth. It came out really, really well!! Will definitely make this again!

    Very Good for the poaching method. I love to use this recipe for poaching purposes b/c the chicken turns out so tender and use the chicken in other recipes. It's great for chicken salad or similar uses. I felt the soup was a little bland but a great place to start.

    I made this chicken soup last night. Thought it odd to add (in my case parsnips, but the addition of it made the broth so hearty and delicious. Love the new "Week in a Day Series." Love Rachael's concise directions and new attitude. Two thumbs up!
