I never make nachos, but not anymore. I loved Rachel's recipe for her Super Nachos! I can't wait to make them again. Perfect for every occasion in my opinion. A+++

This meal was very easy and satisfying! The cheese sauce was delicious! As a newlywed, I've so enjoyed finding delicious(yet time consciencerecipes for my husband and I to enjoy. He really loved this one, and I know I'll make it again. I just put the platter of nachos in the middle of our table, and we ate right off of that. It would be fun for a party, too.

All the chopping was a little time consuming, so I think I'll make the pico ahead next time.

My step-father loves nachos and always gets them when we go out to dinner. I made these, and they were the best he had ever had. What a great evening!!

We made these nachos last night for the "Big game".. They were good, not great, but would try them again!

The pico de gallo was perfect. My cheese sauce was pretty runny. I don't know where I went wrong. All in all, I loved them except I guess there was just too much on top and the chips got so soggy. I will definitley make again but only put a little bit of the toppings on top and leave lots of dippers on the side.
