This recipe was amazing. I served it at a dinner party I had for 6...and the oohhs and ahhs were great when I brought out this large platter with a huge pile of nachos, cheese, beef and yummies!! This was my far, the most enjoyed dish at the party. I did have a vegeterian attend, so I made hers with everything except the beef, and she enjoyed as well. I will definately make this again...this recipe will stay in my recipe box!

These nachos were so good. A few of my friends and I plan get togethers every so often just so we can make them. We discovered though that when making the cheese sauce, you can't use skim milk. It doesn't work. We discovered this the hard way!

absolutely the best. it took me a little longer than 30 minutes, but it is still a very quick meal. loved the pico de gallo - it is so much fresher tasting than regular salsa.

I made this for my mom and brother (who is really picky...they loved it! The only thing I would do differently the next time I make this is add more jalapenos.

I made these for my mom and several friends, who are huge fans of our local Mexican resturant. My mom said that after eating these nachos, she was never going to eat them at the resturant again - I passed the recipe to her, and she now makes them as often as I do! This recipe is so delicious and ridiculously easy.

I had fun making these nachos. They were the best I have ever made. I thought the cheese sauce would be tanger and creamer. May be I did it wrong. I would cook this again!

Just had to try these and they are truly wonderful! The cheese sauce is so simple and so much better than the store bought. A great fix for an informal meal.

This is the best recipe ever. It's super easy and is so delicious. Not to mention that it really isn't that bad for you (I'm a health nut. I only live with one other person and this recipe is really easy to cut in half. We just save the other half of the ingredients and make the nachos the next night...they are that good. I actually wouldn't mind eating these every night if I could. I modify the recipe a little bit by using ground turkey, pre-packaged pico de gallo (the 1 Lb. size is perfect, and low-carb tortilla chips from Trader Joe's. I recommend this recipe to all my friends and have heard nothing but good things. To put it shortly...I love Super Nachos!

My husband is of mexican decent so it's pretty hard to impress him with any type of mexican food unless it's authentic, and he LOVES these nachos. I make them at least 3 times a month.
