    Great nachos. Have made these for a UFC event and they were done in 5 minutes. Been asked over and over when can i make them again

    This recipe came in very handy for this years Super Bowl. I was invited to a friends SB party, which was really just a small gathering - 4 of us in fact. I hate coming to anything empty handed so I found this recipe and man, you can't imagine all the smiles and happy wide eyes when I prepared this dish with my friend. The portions were very generous as it took the 4 of us one whole quarter in the game to finish a platter, and there was still more left over to make an additional platter or two. This was very delicious - I had left over super nachos for a week and shared it with some co-workers. Now they all want me to make super nachos. Fantastic recipe!

    I have made these twice now, with rave comments. Everybody loves them, however, you should probably have more than 15 min prep time.

    The cheese mixture with this is out of this world! I however do make one change, I use refried beans and not black beans. Great game day meal!

    The best nachos I have ever made. They aren't called "super" nachos for nothing... this recipe makes a huge amount. Definitely make these.

    Very yummy! This recipe made a TON of nachos... plenty enough for a full meal for several people. The cheese sauce turned out a little watery and lumpy, but may have been due to the use of lowfat/nonfat products.
