These are the best nacho's that I have ever had! They take longer than 30 minutes no matter how fast I work, but they are worth it.

I've made these nachos a couple of times, and everyone loves them. They take me longer than 30 mins to put together, but that's because I chop really slowly : Make them, they're great!

I made this for Super Bowl Sunday. It was a hit. We ate so much of the nachos we were too full to eat the pizza!

Suprisingly, this recipe was a big let-down and didn't score at my house.

This recipe is perfect for a casual dinner or a friendly get together. It's flexible and adaptable. It's one of those "go to" recipes that I always keep handy.

I've made this recipe a few times, and though I like it, the cheese sauce has always been disappointing - either not thick enough or too gritty (like many of you have said. I did some research and found the secret - use evaporated milk! Seriously, it makes the most beautiful sauce - creamy and luscious. 2 cups of evaporated milk in place of the 2 cups of milk called for and presto - perfect sauce! 2 cups is about a can and half of evaporated milk. Also, make sure your butter is melted before you add the flour - it makes a difference! Yummy!

The nachos were really good, but the first time I made them it took me forever it felt like. I didn't get to watch last years superbowl, because I got a late start and it took me a long time. BUT it was well worth it in the end, everyone loved them. I am making them again tomorrow, but preparing the salsa tonight so it is ready to go.
