Great flavor! I left out the water and only added as needed after reading other reviews. I would make this recipe again. I am going to try tp double and make it for a party I have coming up. More to follow...

This was such an awesome & easy dish to make. I did make some alterations to it though, I added shallots and instead of chicken stock, I used seafood stock which added a tremendous flavor. Everyone loved it and it was even better the second day.

Love the fact there's enough garlic in it to please my husband.

TERRIBLE...what a waste of money, wonderful products, and time to make following this recipe!!!!!!!!!!!You might as well call this Lemon Shrimp with Pasta.
This recipe loses taste-wise the herbs (especially garlic that is expected in scampi and spice flavors in it's swimming liquids and then by adding lemon zest late, it dominates.
Suggestions is cook the pasta, drain, and zest a lemon in the pasta. While the pasta is cooking, saute the shrimp with all spices. Plate the drained pasta, add the sauteed shrimp, and then top with the herbs.
Good luck!!!!!!

This dish is awesome. I read the reviews and was grateful, as cutting the liquids down was perfect, and definitely add the shrimp at the end. We added more garlic, as that is per our taste and used a Sauvignon Blanc as the wine (Kim Crawford was PERFECT. I have made it many times, and have used both anchovy paste as well as whole, and either way, it is great. Trying it with whole wheat pasta as well, and sure it will turn out great! Thanks Rachael, love the one pot wonders, totally makes for easy clean up.
