    I love seafood and I absolutely love scampi. This recipe is easy and absolutely tasty and wonderful. My boyfriend is not a shrimp scampi fan at all but this recipe is so good he had more than one serving. He absolutely loved it. Thanks Rachel.

    This tasted great until I put in bay leaves instead of basil leaves. I'll never look at bay leaves the same again: I would definitely make this again.

    This was so easy and delicious, can't wait to make it again. Next time I will add extra broth to make a bit more sauce so the bread gets better coating. Not only is it easy to make, but clean up is a BREEZE. It is a winner and great for company.

    We tried the recipe last night and WOW! We love shrimp scampi but rarely eat it because of all the butter it is normally cooked with. But this recipe is light and tasty. We did not feel guilty eating this delicious meal. The crushed red pepper flakes gave it just the right amount of heat and the lemon zest at the end made it quite refreshing. We would definitely make this again!
