These are addictive! I don't like onions or peppers so I omitted those and these were to die for! My brother made them for me one night and I had him come over the next week to make them again, then I made them myself tonight, sooooo yummy!

Pre teen kids loved these. I chopped up the onion and bel pepper very fine so the kids would not notice them.

I used an 80/20 mixture of ground venison and it turned out great. I personally like a little more "kick", but that can be easily remedied for anyone wanting a spicier result. As is, it is still very good and far outweighs the "packaged" approach. The sweetness should make it very popular with kids. Definitely should be a part of your sloppy joe arsenal.

Delicious! This is the first time I've made sloppy joes and this recipe hits the spot! It's just sweet and tangy and the consistency is great. It's got lots of flavor and wouldn't change a thing.

I enjoyed this recipe, I was super easy and quick. I used the spicy Montreal steak seasoning and it gave it just a mini kick. My boys loved it with a side of fries not a big fan of potato salad.
