Easy to adapt, easy to prepare, easy to bake and easy to eat. Rachel does it again. This will be a new weekend staple for me.

This receipe was pretty easy to make, and oh so wonderful to the taste buds. I am going to make this one of my weekly dishes but change the fillers each week. Fabulous dish all the food groups all in one.

Recipe was great, not to mention easy, and really filling. This would be a great recipe for entertaining a group. This one is definitely going in our recipe collection.

So.....based on other people's comments about this being a good "concept" i didnt actually try to do this actual recipe....i just took the "hollow out bread" and oven temp and cooking time instructions and did my own thing. I agree, this is a good basic concept, and in buying a $1 piece of french bread from the corner store and throwing on whatever ingredients I had on hand (happened to have cheese and pepperoni I could have fed two people and interesting and filling lunch (or myself twice...if the bread holds up until tomorrow. Much healthier than the french bread pizzas they have in the store, and definitely as yummy....if not moreso! Great idea Rachel!

I love it. It tastes great. I make it all the time. I add a little marina sauce on the bread to moisten it a bit though.

I changed a few things to make the prep for this a little quicker, but used most of the same ingredients. Its was really simple and went over well. A great dish for kids!
