But seriously. I love Brussels sprouts - I'm not just saying that. And I love Rachel Ray (not just saying that, either. But there's GOTTA be a typo in this recipe -- somebody change it. I'm gonna go with the celery salt - 2TBS. Really? My tongue felt violated. I tried adding some sugar - but - hmm... not so much. I get what it was supposed to taste like, with the tumeric and onion - like pickles and I was looking fwd to it - But I think I just ruined a batch of sprouts. : ( .. I'm holding out for the suggestion to try them cold.... We'll see.

I llove Brussels Sprouts and am quite fond of Rachel, too. My only comments, of which I shall be inundated with lame excuses, is that the commentators for this recipe do not a. know how to spell; b do not know how to spell; or c do not care that they are making typogrpahical errors when they attempt to spell.
It's like when I reviewed my son's homework for history class. I said, "Benjamin, their are a lot of misspelled words in this report." He responded, "So what, it isn't English class. I loose points for mispellint in English class, not History. Only my intent is graded.!" Trivial, or the death of a Nation?

I too think the recipe should call for 2t Celery Salt instead of 2T. That was an awful lot of Celery Salt! The dish was not that good but, like some of the others, I ate my serving because I'd gone to the trouble of making it. And by the way, I love Brussels Sprouts.

It looks much better on tv. I also used only 2 teas of celery salt - 2 tbl seemed excessive. The "pickling" taste I was hoping for just wasn't there. Would not make again.

This was a very disappointing side dish. The flavor was just...weird. I ate my serving because I had put in the effort to make it but no one else at the table at theirs. There are so many better ways to cook brussels sprouts. Don't bother!

I love brussels sprouts and when I saw the 2 TBSP celery salt I immediately figured it for a typo...I made it with only 2 tsp celery salt and it turned out great. My family isn't as fond of brussels sprouts as I am, so I had leftovers...quite truefully...when they were cold out of the fridge....they were wonderful...I would put them on any rellish plate and will serve them cold in the future!

I had higher hopes for this recipe. Smelled good while cooking, and had a very pickled flavor. I do like brussels sprouts, but I probably won't make this recipe again. I only sprinkled some of the celery salt, probably only about 1/8 to 1/4 tsp; I, also, can't imagine the full 2 Tbsp. Would have to agree this can't be correct. Just a so-so recipe.

Although I don't normally like brussel sprouts, I thought I would give these a try. I have to say, they were pretty good. It does seem like it calls for a ton of celery salt, but it didn't think it was overwhelming in the dish. Good mix of flavors.

this was uneatable, I think the 2 tablespoons of celery salt should have been 2 teaspoons? Doesnt anyone at the Food Network proof read these recipies?
