Made it last night and loved it. Added honey after the fact after I read other reviews. All of my guests raved about it.will make again.

This recipe is horribly wrong! Thankfully I DVRd the show. Use 2 tablespoons of honey. She doesn't use the fresh dill in this recipe but i tried it and it actually is good so I suggest making it without it and tasting it to see if you'd like to add the dill. She wilts the cabbage on top of the beets just long enough to maintain some of their crunch. Its a warm cabbage salad. Also she uses coarse mustard not dijon. Either will work I'm sure but worth noting.

I hated this salad. I didnt wilt the beets or cabbage, why would you? All I could taste was mustard and dill. I added some bottle slaw dressing trying to save it. It helped but I still tossed 90% of it out. A waste of garden fresh beets and radishes.

Very good recipe. Whether you saute the slaw or not it is good. I tried it both ways, and it was still good.

Rachel put in about an equal amount of honey to the mustard. I can't imagine what the slaw tastes like without it. She put all the shredded cabbage into the pan, on top of the beets, After the cabbage was softened she put it into a bowl with the dressing. On the show, I don't think she ever added chopped dill -- although she did put some into another dish on the same show.

I thought raisins would be good in the salad and I added some. I think the salad would also be good made with green cabbage if the red color is too intense.

This is a great Idea and recipe. However the directions are incorrect Rachel Rays sauteed the Cabbage for a while before serving.

This recipe is outstanding, but it only turned out that way because I watched the episode on which it aired, and remembered that Rachel added honey to the dressing, and that she quickly sauteed the cabbage, too. The recipe on the website left out these two things!
