The sweet and sour sauce is pretty good, but the overall dish was just ok. I dont think i'm a fan of stir-fry on top of mashed potatoes. I wouldnt make this again.

I made these separately and served the stir fry with rice and the slaw salad, and the potatoes with a different dish. The stir fry was EASY and pretty good and didnt taste overly like condiments. Potatoes were great, will definitely make those again.

The stir fry was just OK, but with the buttermilk potatoes it was awful. I do not recommend these items together in one meal, let alone on the same plate. Elizabeth

I didn't really like the stir-fry and the potatoes together, but individually these are great dishes. I prefer the stir-fry served over brown rice. The stir-fry comes together so quickly, and no problems getting the kids to eat their veggies when I serve this! I think the ranch mashed potatoes pair better with grilled chicken or steak. Go easy on the dill though; if you use too much it is very overpowering.

Very good and easy to make. The sauce for the stir-fry had me scared, but it turned out to be sooooo yummy! My husband and kids all loved it and had 2nds. I definitely plan to have this again.

I just had to try this recipe; I was afraid that the mustard would overpower it as when I tasted the sauce before cooking it BUT WAS I EVER SO SURPRISED, after it was cooked we didn't taste the mustard, just a wonderful sweet and sour sauce. Thanks again for another great recipe Rachel Ray!!!

My family loved it. It was very flavorful and easy to prepare. I also added sliced mushrooms with the peppers and served it over rice. I will definitly make this one again and again!!

This time, I loved this recipe..the taste is amazing, the texture is just right and the smell is fabulous..It's exactly as you find it in restaurants.I added some sesame seeds too and am planning to add mushrooms as well.I didn't have edamames, so i substituted it with green peas..I guess we can try the same thing with chicken and i believe it's gonna taste just great as the beef.Thank you Raychel.
