We enjoyed this salad. I made it as written except omitted the scallions as no one in my family likes them. Even without them, there was plenty of flavor and crunch.

This is a surprising combination and we were a little leary of trying it. But how good (and simple it is! I would highly recommend this to anyone tired of the "same old" lettuce.

Rachel has the best dishes I've ever seen, I love her show. She is so down to earth and give me so many ideas on how to make my life so much easier when cooking meals for my family and others.
Thank you Rachel!
