    This is a favorite recipe of my family and friends. It is very simple and draws a crowd. I actually have to print copies of this recipe to hand out any time I make it!

    I take this dip to every party I go to. Everyone loves it! On Saturday a restaurant owner asked me for the recipe. He wants to add it to his menu. Rachael Rocks!!!

    After reading all of these rave reviews, I was eager to make this dip. What a letdown!! The flavor was really just average, nothing extraordinary, and it was really TOO rich and heavy. I followed the recipe exactly, and divided the dip between two small casserole dishes so I could try it both with and without the horseradish. Maybe I'll try it one more time and try to jazz it up like some of the other reviewers have suggested, and find a way to cut back on some of the fat.

    this was fabulous, allmy guests enjoyed it, although I would stir it up mid-way through the baking process to make the cheese thruroughly melt.

    I served this for my book club. Talk about a hit. My girlfriends loved it. Made a double serving placed in the refrig overnight and baked the next day for my husband and son as a appetizer....Both are begging for more! Racheal you ROCK!

    I tried this recipe because I needed something fast and simple for an appetizer and I was running out of ideas. I found this little life saver because its quick and extremely easy. Not only is it easy, but it's delicious, my family can't get enough of it. Well my send offs to Rachel Ray with this one!!

    Great Recipe! Very tasty & different. Everytime I ask the hostess "what can I bring?" I get the immediate reply - that wonderful Swiss & Bacon Dip. Everyone loves it.
