This is very good and easy, but beware...it will fill you right up...I'll reserve this recipe for appetizer only occasions and potlucks.

My friends and family love this great dip! Now when I'm asked to bring a dish, this is the only request I get. The blend of flavors are delicious. It's fast and easy to make. 5 stars all the way!

Tried this Dip and it was execellent. I made a small change to the recipe, I used more spring onions and used Spicy Brown Mustard. The Rye bread is much better with this dip, instead of the pumpernickel. There were 30 people at this gathering and 29 asked for the recipe, the 30th was a vegetarian.....

One word, delicious. It was also simple to put together and went with vegies and crackers.

Extremely easy to make and a huge hit. I have made this dip several times and each time I have been asked for the recipe. I've made it with and without the almonds and it tastes great both ways. Also great to serve with tortilla "dip-scoop" chips.

This is so easy and has been a hit each of the times I've served it. It is now a staple in my appetizer file.

This has been the best dip ever. Anytime I make this recipes for friends every one wants the recipe. I like to add a 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and I omit the almonds. The dip also serves well with tortilla chips.
