    This dish is wonderful but omit the salt. The chicken broth (even the low sodium variety and the pancetta provide enough salt. The raisins balance the greens and make the dish fabulous!

    Agree with a previous reviewer who said not to add salt (I didn't! .. the raisins are a great addition & I'll, definitely, prepare again.

    This was an easy and tasty recipe for swiss chard. The raisins added a sweetness - especially next day! I cooked only to al dente, and the texture was terrific.
