Very tasty, regardless of whatever the 'original' or 'proper' way is supposed to be, nothing wrong with giving a recipe your personal touch, therefore I added some Feta and let me tell you, it was delicious!

My daughter and I love this! Now, in the summer, I grow my own flat leaf parsley. We make a huge bowl of it and sit around eating and chatting. Thanks Rachael!

Great recipe....it was delicious. I omitted the nuts coz i didn't have any but it was still good. It is sooo refreshing good with fish, shrimp....anything!
My daughter and I devoured this salad during dinner and hardly had any leftover...regretful :(
Will definitely make again. Thank you for this recipe.

    F Y I...
    1. Great flavors...goes well with alcohol drinks(wine or hard stuff
    2. Made 2 versions (because some poeple do/did not enjoy the type of parsley and/or type of nuts.
    - 1st...made exactly.
    - 2nd...made with curly parsley and cashews
Both versions were terrific at an evening cocktail party.
Thanks Raechel! Annie , Fremont, CA

okay i dont understand why ppk r arguing over rachel rays version of "authentic" tabulleh. im arabic and we make it just about the sm who the heck cares if she put a little twist to it thats y its called the RACHEL RAY show! i like how she put a little nuts in it even tho i wud do w/out sum ppl in my family love it i however like it w.out. and i didnt add the cumin. i feel the bular ration is perfect i just added a little more parsley and more cucumbers i like the crunch. the 15 minutes was perfect to let the water evaporate from the bulgar i added it right to the salad and mixed everything! STOP COMPLAINING OVER THE DANG ORIGIN AND ENJOY THIS DELICIOUS HEALTHY SNACK!!!

Did Rachael claim this was "AUTHENTIC" Hmmmmm! If you never experiment, well, that would be boooriing. Next time I'll try almonds slices and more lemon.

As a Foodie I just don't understand al the drama over a recipe. Kind of scary how easy it is to get certain people worked up. Live and let live and enjoy this delicious recipe. Cheers

I do not care if this is authentic, it tastes good. This recipe is her interpretation. Seriously, some people take things way to much to heart. It is just a recipe. Get a life.
