This recipe is awesome. I've been making it ever since I saw Rachael make it. At least once a month my husband says "Hey can we have Rachael's taco stuff?" I have made it with turkey and ground beef and both are great. We love the Guac-a-Salsa salad and I always make extra for lunch the next day. Thanks RR, you're the best :

This taste so good that I can't believe it so easy and fast to make. Thanks Rachel Ray!

It's a recipe I have to make many times a year. We actually eat this for several days ( I double up the recipe. I make the taco bowls and the delicious guac-a-salsa and we eat and eat and eat. Then, about a month later, we get a craving for the taco bowl again! Oh my goodness, the combination of the hot meat (I use turkey and the cold, crisp salad, is amazing! Rachael, I don't know how you take simple ingredients like this and make them turn out so grand. You are amazing!

Fannnnnnnntastic! I'm only rating the Guac-a-salsa....It is the only thing we tried and have literally had it two to three times a week since this show aired last year! We omit the onions and cilantro because I forgot the recipe and couldn't find it. I thought it was on Five Ingredient Fix and used avocado, tomato, jalapenos, olive oil, and sea salt. I have searched and searched and realized Rachel made it and we missed a few things! We just caught the tail end of the show. Regardless, this is the best "salad" ever! I serve it with cheese and garlic Texas toast croutons. The croutons soak up the olive oil and tomato juices. It is by far my new favorite food. Crave it all the time! I HIGHLY recommend giving this a try. It's soooo addictive!

I make this all the time for my husband and I, it is a much lighter version of a taco salad I was making before. I use ground turkey meat instead of beef and it still comes out great!

I love this recipe, and the fact that I can control the salt! I actually cook the garlic and onions first, then add the meat. With my small kids I have to put the jalapenos on the side....for now!

If you aren't using a lean ground beef, you might need to drain off the fat before adding the seasonings, otherwise the flavor won't intensify as well. I have also used 1 lb. of ground beef and 1/2 lb. ground turkey, and my family doesn't even know the difference.

Great basic taco seasoning that you can use in other recipes. The whole family loves it....thank you, Rachael!
