    Excellent meal! OMG the guacamole salsa was the BEST! i could of eatten just that! a little too many onions, i will cut down next time (i don't like onion though, if you like it add that amount it says ANOTHER GREAT MEAL RACHEL!

    My family loved this meal. Super easy and could be made any night of the week! We added olives to ours.

    I made this after watching Rachel Ray and trust me this meal is the bomb. This meal will be a party hit and your friends will brag on the flavor.

    I made this tonight for my boyfriend. He told he didn't like avocados, but he thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing...and ate two bowls full. I will serve this again, and again. My favorite part was the Guac-a-Salsa salad and plan to have that for lunch tomorrow.

    Rachael Ray has made meal creation so much more enjoyable...and we are both thankful for that.

    I've made the taco bowls twice with my mother and I loved the Guac-a-Salsa salad so much that I've made just that 3 or 4 times at my own apartment. Only one warning about the salad - its heavy on the onions so if you don't like onions that much, don't use as much as the recipe calls for.

    I didn't try the taco bowl part, just the guac-a-salsa for dipping and it was nice and hardy. I'm sure it's fantastic on top of tacos!
