This recipe was easy and delicious. It took me an extra 15 minutes because of all the chopping I had to do. Rachel is a professional but I am glad it only took me an extra few minutes. The guac-a salsa is great on breakfast burritos. Will definitely make this again and again. Maybe next time I will use ground turkey or chicken!

I am not very good in the kitchen unless it deals with baking so I was kind of skeptical about whether or not this would taste as good as it looks...but it did...what a great recipe and it was easy to make!!!

My wife and I tried this last weekend.
It is an awesome combination of hearty mexican flavors with the lighter guac-a-salsa salad dished out on top. Very nice. We are making this for our Super Bowl party !

These were very simple to make, but tasted great! It was a way to put together the "normal" taco tastes into something new and different.

This was delicious and very easy to prepare. If you think you might have leftovers, store the 'parts' separately, so the tortilla chips don't get soggy.

My sisters made it a night of fun and cuisine. We used this recipe and we fell in love.

I will NEVER buy that awful taco mix again! This recipe is the best! I made the salsa-guacamole top - Yummo! It was sooooo good! Can't wait to make it again!

This was very easy to make, and it did make my kitchen smell wonderful. However, the avocadoes seemed to overwhelm the spices in the meat. I would recommend using more of a true guacamole mix rather than just the avocadoes alone with tomatoes.
