Made this for my husband. I also used very lean ground beef and made it as a regular tacos vs the patties as described in recipe. My husband loved it. The recipe was a bit spicy but I think it is because I used 1 tsp of cayenne powder vs the sauce.

I made this like regular tacos, instead of in the patty form. I can't belive I've been buying package taco mixes all these years. The flavor is so good and JUST LIKE the packages. Never again! This one's a winner.

I don't get all the hype about this recipe. Either my taste buds are off or the burger is just bland. IIt felt like a lot more work to me and it didn't really didn't taste all that special. Just okay for me. I won't be making this recipe again.

One of the tastiest juiciest and simplest turkey "burgers". And great combination of all the ingredients. I added grilled peppers and onions and skipped the taco sauce but substituted with the salsa.

I've made these taco pockets a bunch of different ways and they always come out great! Everyone I've made them for just loves them. The only thing that I would definitely suggest doing is grating the onion and garlic for the patties. It integrates into the mixture better and you don't end up with little chunks of it that aren't quite cooked at the end. These also work great on the outdoor grill. I make these at least once a month. Probably my favorite RR recipe ever.

I love this recipe! Instead of pan frying these, I use my outdoor grill! The turn out fantastic every time.
