This guac recipe is fantastic! We use a little less onion and are sure to add enough lemon and salt- cilantro's always a nice addition, but some don't favor it. Everyone loves it, and we always end up having to make more!

I cannot imagine making guac without garlic and cilantro. I also prefer lime juice to lemon. Maybe it's my California upbringing. This a good start.

This is a great recipe; I have made it several times and have gotten rave reviews. I used only half a jalepeno and half of a large vidalia onion, and it turned out great!!

Super easy recipe! It was my first try at homemade guacamole and my just devoured it. Even my "picky eater" son loved it.

I made this guacamole, since I just started liking avocados. This may turn me back off. It was bland and tasteless.
