This was the first time i have ever made guacamole. It was soo easy and only takes a few minutes to make. (even if you are a slow chopper like me I left out the hot pepper. My whole family loved it. I went back after dinner to eat some with chips. But i was too late. All of it had been eaten already. I will be making this again soon.

This is the perfect guac! So easy to make, and it pleased everyone, even those who don't like guacamole.

I've been looking for a really good recipe for guacamole since we returned a few weeks ago from Mexico. This is it! So fresh and delicious. I also used lime juice, and next time I will try adding the garlic and cilantro. This is so much better than anything you can buy in a store (and a million times better than mixing the avacadoes with the guacamole seasoning packets like I used to use!

I just tweaked the recipe a bit after referring the recipe for guacamole from www.avocado.org, added 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic and it was fantastic!
