    Very good and easy. Prefer lime to lemon though. Also added cilantro and used a sweet vidalia.

    I made this for a recent tailgate and was a little concerned becasue guac tends to turn brown so quickly. But it wasn't an issue b/c it was the first thing gobbled up. Everyone was asking for the recipe!

    I never made guacamole before this, but I was always quite picky about restaurant guacamole. This was so easy - tasted fresh, DELICIOUS, and just the right amount of creamy. Good ingredients help - make sure your stuff is in season. I used 1/2 vs a whole onion and replaced w/a little more tomatoes, but that's just a personal preference.
