    After watching Rachael prepare this meal on today?s morning episode, I told my husband I knew what we would be having for dinner. We are both lovers of garlic and blue cheese, together in a dish ? well how could that be anything but spectacular. My in-laws are visiting us this weekend, and tonight was their last evening. Together, all four of us made the meal, but it wasn?t until we sat down to enjoy the results of our efforts, that we realized we were eating from the spoon of heaven. Every few seconds you could hear an ?ahh? or an ?oohh? ? and my father in-law proclaimed that should he ever be in a situation where someone asks what his last meal should be ? well, this will be it. A truly wonderful, tasteful delight of a meal. Thank you!
