Just did the pasta and love it. Would be great with fresh mozzarella added or shrimp or chicken to make it a quick one dish meal. Great for company and so quick and easy.

This pasta was quick and delicious. I used angel hair, and added some red pepper flakes. It's very important that you remember to pull the pasta off before it's done particularly if you are using a thinner pasta like I did. My boyfriend who is super picky thought it was great.

The pasta recipe looked so good, I added some roasted chicken and toasted pine nuts at the end. It made a wonderful quick entree dish....hot or cold!! I am dying to try the steaks as well.

These are wonderful recipes. Aftermaking them for the first time they became regulars in my kitchen. Now I make both all the time, and not always together - sometimes I just through some cooked chicken in the pasta and call it a one pot wonder!
    Thanks Rachel!

I only made the steak portion of this meal, and it is the best steak ever (usually grill everything. I cooked the steaks a bit longer in the skillet because 1 to 2 minutes per side and putting in the oven was still raw. I cooked about 5-6 minutes per side then put in oven w/cheese. SO, SO good, it is on the rich side so I wouldn't cook them but once in awhile. This is a definite keeper for my recipe box.

We only made the pasta and had a terrible time roasting the garlic. It all turned black so we left it out. Understanding that it would have tasted better with the garlic- the rest of the recipe tasted very bland. We threw out the recipe and will not make again.

I just finished eating this wonderful meal. I NEVER cook. It has always been a challenge for me and watching the food network always inspires me, I am just never able to get up the nerve to do it! Well I did this evening and it worked out great. It tasted wonderful and my nervousness about the steaks cooking was wasted energy. Everything went well and it was nice to accomplish a lovely meal with little cooking experience. Aside from the mound of dishes I must now wash, it was a success! Thanks Rachel!

My stepmother made this for my husband and me and we were blown away! Had to find it on foodtv.com to try and make it myself. Worth trying!
