After watching this being made I had to run out and get some ingredients to make it. I made only the pasta. We loved it. Next time I will heat oven to lower temp. Garlic did get little brown. I caught it just in time.

Couldn't have been easier but so delicious. The pasta sauce has such a fresh flavor.

I read the other reviews and used only half the gorgonzola cheese and my husband asked for thirds! I have never tried a pasta quite like this before and it was tasty and easy to make. The tomatoes and garlic smelled so delicious while they were roasting. I liked all the fresh herbs in both recipes.

The steaks with the cheese and herbs were wonderful! However, I think the pasta needed a little more sauce, it was a little dry once it absorbed all the liquids. I will make this again, but increase the amount of tomatoes and garlic "tea".

I didn't try the pasta, but based on the reviews I read I will be trying it soon. I substituted the gorganzola for blue cheese crumbles, because I already had some in the fridge. It was great. I'll be trying this one again.

For those of you who are not using the flavorful cheeses, and accustomed to the wonderful flavors, don't try this. However, we use all flavors, cheeses, spices and cooking methods. This was wonderful, did minor changes, family and friends loved it. Thank you Rachel!

Loved this receipe. Used the topping with cut up cooked shrimp pieces on portabello mushrooms for my vegetarian sister. SHE loved it.

I had a similar issue with someone that commented below. Smoke everywhere from baking the garlic and tomatoes! The steak mixture is really yummy, but I was frustrated with the pasta after the smoke alarms went off . . . but it was good.
