This recipe is great! I made the burgers regular size and they were moist and had just enough spice to make them stand out. I was unsure of the ketchup but I made it anyway and let me tell you.. it was good! I added a chipolte in adobe to the ketchup just to make it a little spicer and it worked well with the burgers. These burgers are a favorite meal in our house!

These burgers were easy to make, very moist, and had just enough kick without making them too spicy. And less than 30 min from start to finish.

These burgers are great! Juicy, spicey and just plain YUMMY! The warm ketchup really compliments them. I can't wait to make them again!

This is the 1st time I'd ever used chipotles in adobo. They'll be a staple from now on--spicy hot. These burgers were DE-LISH!

I thought the hamburgers were great.
The roasted garlic ketchup was great
on the burgers. However, I had some
left over and it is really good with
tortilla chips.

These mini burgers were delicious!! I prepared them with turkey since I don't eat red meat but the results were still great!
