The pizza is amazing with flavors so different from other pizzas. We've made it several times and will continue.

The flavor on this pizza packs a real PUNCH! It's incredibly tasty and gets devoured instantly by my family and friends.

I made a lighter version of this by using lighter cheese, whole grain flour tortilla, and cutting a WEE bit of the sauce, BUT it is just EQUALLY SATISFYING.

A local restaurant, that has gone out of business, served a good Thai Pizza, so I was happy to find this recipe. This is a bit different, but good nonetheless. I use Walmart [I guess they're good for something] garlic naan bread [2/pack]; that way each can have different toppings. Hoisin sauce is less sweet, and I use Sriracha sauce [and sometimes chopped jalapeños], low-sodium soy sauce, no-salt steak seasoning and no sprouts. A good base recipe to tweak to your own preferences.

This was amazing! Used plum sauce and did the chicken on the grill instead of in a pan. Other than that I followed it exactly. It was fabulous! Cannot wait to make it again!

Fantastic!! My husband and I enjoy a Thai pizza at one of our favorite restaurants, so we decided to try this at home. He said this one is better! : Definitely a keeper!

This pizza was SO good. I made some adjustments and the results were awesome. When making pizza at home I use Trader Joes Lavosh Wrap Bread. It comes in rectangular sheets- I lay two flat on a baking sheet, one on top of the other and add the sauce and toppings right to it. This skips a step and the pizza comes out light and crispy. If you prefer a softer/thicker crust I recommend using dough. In the Asian food section of the grocery store I found Plum Sauce. It added the perfect amount of sweetness to counteract the spicy chicken marinade. I used Tapatio since it's my standby hot sauce, but I think I'd use Sriracha next time - it would probably mix a little better with the Asian flavors of the dish. When baking the crust, I added the sauce, cheese and sliced red peppers as instructed. Since the Lavosh Bread is already cooked it doesnt need to stay in the oven as long - only until the cheese is melted and a bit browned. Six minutes at 425 was perfect.
    The results were amazing.

This was very flavorful. Me and my daughter had fun making it and will be making it again but without the chicken.
