This was amazing! Used plum sauce and did the chicken on the grill instead of in a pan. Other than that I followed it exactly. It was fabulous! Cannot wait to make it again!

Fantastic!! My husband and I enjoy a Thai pizza at one of our favorite restaurants, so we decided to try this at home. He said this one is better! : Definitely a keeper!

This pizza was SO good. I made some adjustments and the results were awesome. When making pizza at home I use Trader Joes Lavosh Wrap Bread. It comes in rectangular sheets- I lay two flat on a baking sheet, one on top of the other and add the sauce and toppings right to it. This skips a step and the pizza comes out light and crispy. If you prefer a softer/thicker crust I recommend using dough. In the Asian food section of the grocery store I found Plum Sauce. It added the perfect amount of sweetness to counteract the spicy chicken marinade. I used Tapatio since it's my standby hot sauce, but I think I'd use Sriracha next time - it would probably mix a little better with the Asian flavors of the dish. When baking the crust, I added the sauce, cheese and sliced red peppers as instructed. Since the Lavosh Bread is already cooked it doesnt need to stay in the oven as long - only until the cheese is melted and a bit browned. Six minutes at 425 was perfect.
    The results were amazing.

This was very flavorful. Me and my daughter had fun making it and will be making it again but without the chicken.

SOOOO good! This pizza was amazing. The ingredients all mesh together to create a very unique taste. I love the sauce that the chicken is tossed in and could definitely find other things to make with it. Thanks Rachel!!

Not too bad. A bit salty. I would make it again but revise a few things---less salt, more fresh ingredients.

This was awesome, went really well with spicy wine (I ended up drinking most the bottle by myself! No one else liked it, but I sure did LOL. This is definitely going into my regular meal rotation.

OMG this was sooooo yummy! I used fresh dough from the deli, skipped the sprouts and added 1/2 of a yellow and green pepper instead. I also used a lot more cilantro. The plum sauce was a bit too sweet...I'll go a little lighter the next time. This would be a huge party hit.
