Who ever would have thought that bean sprouts and cucumbers on a pizza would taste good? I sure didn't, but believe me it does.

Normally, I hate chicken on my pizza, as well as different ethnic "takes" on pizza. My husband, however, loves pizza and Thai, and I really thought that he would like this, even if I didn't, so I made it.
Well! The flavors really worked together, even if they sounded kinda weird together at first. It had great texture (the crunch was great! and a great taste. My husband the picky eater thought so, too!

putting peanut butter on something does not make it thai. I'm sure next up, we'll have the burger version of this slop. This was a very bad mix of flavors and had no imagination.

I tried this recipe this afternoon. It was very easy and tasted great. My kids even loved it!!
