My wife and I have tried many different Thai pizza recipes and even a few solo attempts. Without a doubt, Rachel's is the best. The recipe is extremely simple to follow but still provides a multiple layer of flavors. Wonderful! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be enjoyin' it in the future.

I have been making Thai pizza for a while.. also try with peanuts, chicken, carrot, sprouts, scallions, mozzarella, topped with cilantro. I usually just buy peanut sauce but I'm going to try this one!

We loved this recipe! We used a premade thin crust and absolutely loved this pizza. The sauce that the chicken is cooked in is enough to make this recipe stand alone. I would definitely cook this over and over!

This is a great recipe...tweaked it a little...omitted the red pepper and used thinnly chopped Napa cabbage instead as my husband can not eat cucumbers. Sprinkled with the Montreal seasoning as some people commented that it was a little bland. This worked great! Will use a little less cilantro next time, because it was a little overpowering. A unique and tasty change to the norm!!
    Thanks Rachel!

Love all of these flavors, just as good or better than any thai chicken pizzas I've had at restaurants. Yum!

Very good recipe - way better than California Pizza Kitchen.

I made a couple of easy changes with good results:

1 I left off the bean sprouts.
2 I added sesame seeds around the edges of the crust.
3 I used jarred roasted red peppers.
4 I substituted a large shredded carrot and marinated it in the vinegar/honey
5 I put all the veggies (peppers, carrot, scallion on the pizza when it went in to bake

This pizza is delicious! It's now a favorite of my kids. I sometimes switch out the beean sprouts for shredded carrots. Love all the flavors going on in it!

I made this recipe for the first time last night and man o man is it wonderful! So full of flavor! My husband loved it as well and said I should make this for some guests next week. And I agree. It's quick and easy and it looks beautiful on a plate. I do agree with one other reviewer that you need to watch your pizza dough. Mine only took 12 minutes because it was a thin crust dough from Pillsbury. I just set the timer for 10 minutes and then kept my eye on it after that. I definitely recommend trying this pizza!

Just finished fixing and eating the Thai Chicken Pizza. The flavor of this pizza is incredible. The cucumber which is usually tart is sweet and brightens up the flavor. The plum sauce is wonderful. I can not find anything I would change about this dish. I can hardly wait until the Sunday School class has another pizza night so I can bring this. Thanks Rachael.
