This was so unique. Very easy to make. The plum sauce gave it an interesting sweet taste. Made it for relatives and they went wild for it. This one's a keeper.

This was really yummy. My only complaint is that the instructions said to cook the pizza for 15-17 minutes, and 15 minutes was about five minutes too long. Next time I'll know to keep an eye on it. My husband and I decided we could even eat the chicken in that marinade by itself--so good! Having leftovers for lunch today.

This pizza was so good. I made it exatly the way she wrote it, except I left out
the peanuts at the end. It was the best pizza I've ever made. I could not get a pizza like this at restaurant! I prepare a lot of Rachael's recipes and this one, for me, was one of the best.

Since moving away from Los Angeles my friends and I have been craving very good Asian food. After watching Rachel make this on her show, I knew I had to give it a try. Invited over my other misplaced CA friends and we made an evening of it. Loved the pizza- we rated it better than California Pizza Kitchen's Thai Chicken Pizza and can not wait to make it again. Easy to make and fun to do as a group.

This is by far the best pizza I've made. So flavorful it sent me straight to heaven. I look forward to substituting Thai noodles for the crust next time.

I love this pizza! It is stacked so high with such great flavors. I actually used alfafa sprouts instead of beans sprouts which I thought tasted great. The plum sauce adds a great sweetness.

OMG it was so good! It was the first pizza I've ever made and it was a huge success! I didn't have plum sauce or duck sauce, so I used apricot jam with a dash of sugar, salt, hoisin sauce, and a bit of water. I microwaved it and mixed it together. It was mouthwatering!

As for the chicken, I cut the chicken into thin strips and just cooked it on the stove after making the sauce. I didn't have time to let it marinate and grill.

    It was soooooooo yummy!

This is by far my most requested recipe. Everyone I make if for requests it again and again. I use a store bought whole wheat pizza crust and preparation is a snap. I also make a jar of store bought plum sauce go further ( and less sweet by adding soy sauce, ketchup and vinegar to taste. Unusual & yummy...
