I used the Plum Sauce for the pizza sauce and the finished product was amazing. There were so many unique flavors and they went together so well. We will definitely be making this again and again.

Took longer than 30 minutes to prepare, but was really tasty. My husband and I really liked it - fresh and light. My kids kind of balked at it, though. They ate the chicken off of it and left the rest. Oh well, that's why baby carrots and Ranch are so handy.....

Best pizza I have ever made at home!! There are a lot of toppings and I wasn't sure if I would like it... but every toppping added a special taste to the pizza, wish I had made more!! very easy, even the chicken would taste good as a main dish!

I don't know how Rachael Ray makes such amazing combinations!! This is absolutely worth making - and don't skip any ingredients the first time you make it - it is perfect.

This pizza was so darn good. The cilantro makes it really bright and fresh. THe red pepper kicks it up and the duck sauce and honey make it sweet. Totally the perfect marriage of sweet and savory!

As my husband said, "Scrumptious!" Easy prep, and definitely a nice change to the traditional pizza. A great combo of flavors.

This didn't work for our family. We love the Thai Chicken Pizza from California Pizza Kitchen and thought that this recipe would be close. It didn't taste anything like what we expected, the toppings that weren't baked on fell off when we tried to eat it. We will stick to carry out on this one.

This is the most requested meal by my brother, and if you like unique style pizzas you will love this! It is so good.

Some reviewers mentioned that it took them longer than 30 minutes or the ingredients were complicated to buy.

    Here is my advice:
Mozzarella cheese could be used. It doesn't add quite as much flavor as Monterey Jack or Provolone, but we have made this recipe with Mozzarella when that was all we had on hand and it still tasted great (also a little less greasy.

You could also use precooked chicken strips, rather than grilling. Still mix the sauce that Rachael brushed on her chicken, and use to lightly coat the precooked strips before putting on the pizza. When preparing this way I omitted the Montreal Steak Seasoning and thought the sauce still had lots of flavor.

The cucumbers are good, but if you do not have the time to make them, the pizza has enough other toppings and crunch that you won't feel like something is missing. The cucumbers make a nice side dish like another reviewer mentioned. I love the Thai Chicken Pizza from CPK and there aren't cucumbers on that one, so don't feel bad if you are short on time.

Finally, I also like adding a few onions to the pizza when it cooks, and then top it with scallions when it comes out.

Hope this helps simplify the recipe for those in a time crunch.

This is easy and delicious to make. I used pre-shredded mozzerella cheese instead and omitted the peanuts and bean sprouts.
