This wrap is excellent! Very easy and lots of flavor! I used a multi-grain wrap.

SUPER YUMMY. . .only substitutes I made were cilantro for basil & mint and the bottled sauce everyone is suggesting. (House of Tsang-Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce because we already had it in the frig!!

Very tasty! I put sriracha sauce in my peanut sauce [to make it extra spicy] and use my own spice mix for the chicken. To keep the chicken soft I keep it covered while cooking it. You can find an interesting array of fresh herbs at local Asian markets.. they are usually cheaper and add an interesting flavor. This is most definitely a family favorite!

Really simple and delicious. I omit the things I either don't have or aren't interested in and it still always turns out really good.

Read the reviews before I made Rachel's peanut sauce and it is awful. I used my own recipe for peanut sauce: 2TBS peanut butter; 1 T canola oil; 2 tsp of brown sugar; 2 TBS soy sauce; 2 TBS of hot water; 2 tsp of rice vinegar; 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper. Follow Rachel’s recipe and use my peanut sauce recipe instead.yummo

The chicken and the veggies were ok. I left out the bean sprouts. The sauce was terrible. I tried to doctor it by adding some lime, sugar, and some sesame oil, but it still didn't taste good. We put kraft asian sesame salad dressing on the wrap instead.

    Absolutely wonderful and filling.

I could not find bean sprouts in my supermarket so I grabbed a bag of coleslaw mix and used that instead.

I used the lower salt version of soy sauce since that is all we keep in the house.

My husband liked everything except for the peanut sauce. Does anyone have suggestions on alternative sauces that have a similar amount of spice, or something I could put in place of the peanut butter?

The salad was good......However, the combination of all the ingredients with the peanut sauce made it too salty for my taste buds :(

So good! Added a little extra cayenne to the sauce, I used garlic flavored rice vinegar and I didn't have any mint, though. Even my carnivorous hubby and his brother loved it :
