Wow! I can't tell you how quick, simple, healthy and tasty this meal is! I did all prep and cooking in about 15-20 min at most. We were eating in no time. Such a great thing for a busy Mom like me. Try to play around with different versions too!

The wrap was easy to make and very tasty. I love peanut sauce and was skeptical about this homemade version. I followed the directions and was nauseated by the taste and smell of the outcome. You're better off making a different version of peanut sauce. My boyfriend showed me how it's done:
Hoisin Sauce- 3-4 teaspoons
Peanut butter- 1 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar- a sprinkle of it
Cayanne pepper- as much or little as you like

My family liked these but were not crazy about them. I really liked the spicy peanut sauce and will use it on other items in the future.

The peanut sauce was terrible so this recipe will be dumped from my recipe box.

This was definitely one of our best dinners yet. The peanut sauce was delicious (though next time I would try to make it more liquidy and went very well with the salad and chicken. I definitely recommend it and will make this easy dinner a regular.

This meal is always a hit, and very quick to make. What appeals to me is the crisp, freshness of the wraps; they're perfect for a hot summer day, when other, heavier food just seems oppressive.
I usually cheat and use bottled peanut sauce but, hey, who cares? Give it a try, you won't be dissappointed.

The salad was great...even for leftovers...but I didn't like the peanut sauce. It turned out like a paste and I didn't know how to thin it out. My husband liked it though. I'll make the salad again and will forget about the peanut sauce or I might use a bottled sauce like some other reviewers mentioned.
