FABULOUS! This recipe is very tasty, and filling - not to mention nutritious. I made the whole recipe, but only ate one wrap (for myself... so all the ingredients kept VERY well overnight (not rolled yet, of course, and I had a fabulous lunch the next day, too!

I loved this recipe! Very easy and very tasty!
I don't use much salt, so soy sauce always makes things taste too salty to me, that's the only reason I didn't give this recipe 5 stars.

I don't know if it was because I'm half thai and was brought up on a different peanut sauce or what the problem could have been. I followed the recipe to the letter and I was so horrified by the peanut sauce I couldn't complete the wraps. All that time and effort wasted!

The chicken was excellent-I had it today alone. Maybe next time I'll add my own peanut sauce. I normally love your dishes but after my heart broke after trying the peanut sauce, I lost my appetite for the entire meal.

I hosted a dinner party where I served these recently. Everyone was so impressed that they asked me a few days later if I would be interested in catering their small wedding!

The chicken and salad both tasted good, however the peanut sauce was kind of gross. We ended up leaving it off and adding some feta cheese and calling these greek wraps.

This was soooo yummy!! I cheated a bit and purchased some already bottled spicy peanut sauce and already roasted chicken breasts, so this meal took me all of about 10 minutes to make. Everyone in my family loved it, even my picky 13 year older (who doesn't like veggies. Incredible...you did it again, Rachel!

Usually not a big fan of Thai food but was very surprised to find this recipe so tasty. It's great to change the everyday routine with something out of the ordinary (especially when it's super easy.

Tastes slightly vinegarry. Other that, very good and spicy

My husband and I loved this recipe. I added a little more oil to the peanut sauce to make it more dizzle-able, and an extra 1/4 tsp of cayanne for an extra kick. My husband wants to make it again already. The leftovers were just as great! Thanks for the great recipes!

It's so easy to make and so good, I always get my husband to make it. To change it up, use up the leftover chicken and other ingredients with sesame noodles.
