These were fantastic! I made them for a lawn concert at our local winery. Generally, people bring a variety of dips, so this was something different and delicious! I could only find 10" tortillas and since I was using the dish as a heavy appetizer, I cut them in thirds. It was plentiful and worked out really well! As R.R. would say, "YUM!"

This is a great low-carb meal! The spicy peanut sauce lends a wonderful flavor, and the crunchy vegetables are a wonderful salad just by themselves. You will love this recipe!

Very light, good for a summer meal. My Spicy Peanut Sauce was more of a paste, so I just spread it on the tortillas, but the tastes were great. Very filling too!

It was a very fresh, flavorful dinner. It was also surprisingly filling. We have made it several times.

We love this recipe. My husband actually asks me to make this. The flavors are wonderful together. This recipe works really well on hot summer nights.

It was delicious! I was quite skeptical, especially about the peanut sauce, but even my food-conservative son enjoyed it

I've made these several times now and love them. I substitute vegetarian "chicken" for the actual chicken, add some brown sugar to the peanut sauce, and leave out the mint. They always turn out deliciously!!

This is a great new twist on the traditional chicken wrap. The flavors blend well together and it is so easy to make.
