this thai chicken wrap was too consuming for the end result. you're better off going to wing joint and ordering thai peanut chicken fingers. sorry to disappoint.

The peanut sauce was gross- just tasted like peanut butter with vinegar. Do not really taste any thai flavors, will not make this again.

I made this for my husband who is very particular about his food and he and I loved it. I actually made the sauce with cashew butter instead of peanut butter and it was really good! My husband suggested adding shredded cabbage to the salad part next time.

My husband and I loved this wrap. We have had a hard time finding a wrap we enjoy. This one had a perfect mixture of different tastes to it. It was bold in it's taste yet still light with the veges. Low carb also which is always a plus..

Great as a lunch or dinner with a salad on the side. i recommend using the rice wine vinegar becasue it adds a little punch.
Enjoy!

We took this up to the Island Club (it's a boat club on an island in the Mississippi River to a sweet corn feed. The only thing we didn't use where the tortillas & the sauce (I did make it & it is yummy!.
We ate the chicken more like a salad. It is a hit & We will make it again.

It is great except for the peanut sauce, I bought some at the store which was way better than the one Rachel made.

This was the only Rachel Ray recipe that I didn't like very much. The peanut sauce flavors didn't blend well.
