I found the mixture of the vegetables very good and fresh. The peanut sauce recipe is as good as the store bought peanut sauce (althiough in the interest of time, I will use purchased sauce in the future, Taste of Thai. I thouroughly enjoyed this and can say that if you want, adding 2 cups of white or brown rice to the mixture, will add carbs and make for a more filling meal.

I've made this recipe many times now and each time I change the veggies I use. Pea pods or sugar snap peas make an awesome addition.

I have to say, everytime Rachael makes a "fake out, take out" meal, I'm skeptical. I was surprised I actually made this meal in 30 minutes without cooking at the speed of light! The only thing I did not like was the peanut sauce. It actually made me sick to my stomach after awhile. Looking forward to eating the leftovers without the sauce. I agree with other reviews that the sauce needs to be made with just hoisin and not soy and rice wine. I would also add some fresh ginger and sugar and substiture red pepper flakes for the cayenne pepper. I guess that would be a totally different sauce, huh.

This dish was so tastful and spicy. I would recommend serving this at a dinner party. I used a little less pepper flakes for those who like it a little less spicy.

Maybe next time I will go easy on the soy sauce and peanut butter. Somehow it came out a little bit bitter for me, but my husband loved it and that's all that matters!

These wraps are a little messy to eat, but they taste great. Some folks don't seem to care for the peanut sauce. In Canada, President's Choice offers a Szechwan Peanut Satay Sauce that works really well with this recipe. I loved all the veggies and enjoyed the fresh Thai flavours.

The peanut sauce was a bit off. It wasn't sweet enough like in restaurants - too much soy sauce. I liked the flavor of the vegetable salad, but my husband did not. Overall it was good, but I wouldn't make it again.
