This recipe is so easy, but so good! I've made it at least 5 or 6 times...I never use the fish sauce. The last two times I didn't have basil so I used cilantro and liked it much better. I usually put in shredded broccoli slaw instead of the cabbage, but this time I forgot to buy it so I used bok choy.

I wrapped the filling with a flour tortilla instead and added shredded lettuce and the cucumbers inside. Both my kids loved it and they a far from adventurous eaters. I did find it lacking heat, so next time I will probably add some jalapeno. I have a little leftover, and it will make a great salad with the leftover lettuce and cabbage/carrot mixture.

Was really excited to try this. You have to get past the smell that it gives off, but other than that it was good for the most part.

I whipped this one out at my latest Super Bowl Party, and it was a depart from the norm. At first my gastro friends looked awkwardly at it but all loved it.

Love this! I've made it many times and it's always a hit. I only use 1/4 cup plumb sauce and add 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce which gives it a little kick. Also, I add a handful of peanuts.

This is a pretty old recipe, but I use it all the time. Everybody I've served it to loves it. For vegetarians, I use baked tofu instead of chicken...just as delicious :

This was sooo good! I am an aspiring chef and i am only 13 and i could make this! SO GOOD! But, personally, I would have liked less grill seasoning!
