My family loved this twist on Spagetti and Meatballs and I added thin sliced asapagus to the mushroom sauce to slip in another vegetable and add something green. I am gathering recipes for a compilation recipe book for my teenaged daughters and they all requested this one go in the book. Thanks, Rachael, for teaching me how to cook and for making good cooking simple!!

this dish was very good. i didn't use mushrooms in the sauce because i don't like them so i used another onion. my bf loved it and said it was "a keeper". my only problem is my own, i just get a little wacky about using ground turkey or chicken. the color bothers me because it doesn't brown up like beef....like i said my problem. the meatballs were delicious though and so was the sauce. will definitely make again. maybe over taters this time.

I get cravings for this dish! Some tips though:
I cut down on the poultry seasoning
I let the stuffing mix soak in the broth to soften-it improves the texture of the meatballs!
I serve this with Rachael's Fennel and onion salad with Cranberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

this was so tasty and so easy. Made it for four of us and not one bit left. Saw review that said she served it to 6 people and still had leftovers for 4 more people!!! We didn't have ONE drop left. We must be biggggger eaters!!

These are wonderful! They freeze well, too. When I need a quick side item, the stuffing balls are a yummy surprise.
