My husband and I cooked this tonight. Follow it to a "t." Wait for the dish to cool a bit and enjoy the flavors. Yummy.

LOL I have to apologize but of all recipes I have seen made by my beloved Rach, this one took the cake. I just thought it was ridiculous. Boy am I glad I made it! It took me back to when I was a kid. It was like one of those frozen turkey croquette dinners but yet the flavors were vibrant and fresh and the pairing with the whole wheat pasta was awesome! Plus, it felt healthy because it was so light. Turkey, whole wheat pasta, veggies and even a little fruit with the apple. This one is a keeper.

I formed the meat into a loaf as she suggested as an option and baked it at 350 for about 50 minutes...it was so good I went back for thirds!! The flavors are just like Thanksgiving day, but light enough that you don't need a nap afterwards! I loved the addition of the apple and I just used some Stove Top I had on hand and it turned out great. Very moist, makes a lot and the gravy on top is so good. I probably won't make regular meatloaf again!

i changed a few things.....cooked the onions and celery in a little butter before adding (cool first....used cornbread stuffing mix.....added dried cranberries.....and served over mashed potatoes instead of the pasta......just made more sense to me.....

Absolutely maaah-velous. I did substitue Roasted Garlic and Herb Grill Creations for the poultry seasoning and added 1 TBLS. of honey to the Ground Turkey. ~mtnmama101

I made ths for a dinner party last night, and everyone loved it and some went back for seconds! The meatballs are great and would be great alone as well. I added a bit of poultry seasoning to the sauce and I liked the flavor even better. This dish would also be good with egg noodles, or a corkscrew pasta as it might hold the sauce a bit better, overall a winner!!
