& It is the Only One I Want. U must season the ricotta-taste ricotta-think pizza-u season it. Love sun-dried tomatoes w/a passion-run them thru chopper & spread all over it; broccoli tops I buy & replace only because of this pizza. Rachel, This Pizza Rocks!

My hubby hates tomato sauce so he really loved this pizza. It tasted good reheated the next day too. This one is a keeper and it's really quick! One suggestion I would make is bake your dough a little and finish it off after you put on your toppings. It tends to stay gooey in the middle if you don't.

this pizza has all the good things i like
the only way to have real good pizza that you like is to start with a good recipe
the adding of the ricotta is a very good thing

This pizza was absolutely amazing! I made it twice already and it truly lives up to the name, I honestly don't want any other type of pizza again! The first time I made it I had a bit of difficulty cooking all of the necessary ingredients at the same time, but I got much better the second time around. One note: put the sun-dried tomatoes underneath the cheese and DO NOT FORGET THE BASIL LEAVES! I left them off on my first pizza and when I put it on the second one, it made the pizza so much more flavorful! The best part about this pizza is that you can tailor it to your dietary needs and make it healthier. I used whole wheat pizza dough, fat free ricotta, and low-fat mozzerella to cut out a lot of additional fat and calories. You definitely owe it to yourself to make this!

she was right, this was GREAT! We have made it exactly like this, and have also adapted it many different ways depending on what we have on hand (no sundried tomatos, spinach, mushrooms, etc. Make it as often as I can!! Just be careful not to pile too much near the middle to make sure the crust cooks...

Normally I only like the traditional red sauce pizza, but I made this once and absolutely LOVED it!! It is now a favorite and my friends always request that I make this. It does take a little longer than 30 mins until you are comfortable with the recipe, but it is well worth it.

I have made this a few times and each time it turns out pretty bland. I would say get rid of the ricotta since it just doesn't add enough flavor and maybe put provolone it it's place. Or keep the ricotta and just add provolone cheese on top. Also, if I make this again, I think I might season the chicken a little different, like with seasoned salt or something so that it wasn't so tasteless either. Other than that, it is a really good idea for a pizza, it just needs a few tweeks.
