This was so good, the applesauce took a bit more juice than called for, but then again I did use big apples....... Pancakes were messy but that was more because of me never having done them before, I got better as the batch went along: Would recommend this to anyone!

The applesauce was wonderful! I added more cinnamon than the recipe. The potato pancakes didn't work as well for me. Great taste, but had problems keeping shape. I used a bit of all spice instead of nutmeg. The potatos didn't brown like some of the other reviews had mentioned by using the all spice instead of the nutmeg. Overall good and very tasty together, it made my friday night fish fry a success!

I made these pancakes for my family and they loved them. I just made them a little too thick. Next time I'm going to make them with less batter so they'll be thinner and even more crispier.
