I did not make the dipping sauce since I am trying to cut back my calories but the batter of these o rings is perfect. They are light and crispy and have the quality flavor you would find in a good restaurant.

I only made the dipping sauce per the recipe. We would have liked a little more heat but that would be easy to adjust as these are good spices to work with.

These are amazing. They are so easy to make too. Just make sure to double coat them & they're perfect.

Perfect! The rings were flavorful, not too spicy. I'd like to eat these with Rachael.

The taste of the rings and the dipping sauce was delicious, but the batter really didn't stick well to the rings so they came out looking messy and not well coated - definitely not like the picture. Next time I may do the flour in several batches so it doesn't clump up like it did this time around. Any other suggestions would be welcome though!

I can't beleave how easy it was. My husband came home from work when I was making them. I know he had a bad day so I was making all the thangs he loves. I have never found one that is this good. He loved it and even my 15 month old loved it. Good job, Racheal.

My family loves this recipe. I had just cut the onions and went to get my canola oil which I had stored in the garage and found out my husband had thrown away ALL 3 LARGE bottles I had stored in there. The only oil I had left was EVOO. So I used that. Not only did my onion rings come out with the batter on & very crispy, but there was very little oil splattering while cooking

These are the best onion rings I've had by far! The onions are tender with a thick, crisp spicy crust. Make sure to double dip them in the flour and milk before frying - the crust comes out thicker.

My 12 year old son and I made these with a softball sized onion and we LOVED them! Very easy to make, and we wound up with enough for probably 6 enthusiastic eaters.
