These were so easy to make. I didn't think they were messy at all, just rinse your fingers now and then. Loved the extra kick from the cayenne pepper. I have already made theses 3 times!

I added cut chicken breasts in bite size pieces and cooked like the onion rings and They turned out wonderfully. I also thought about using miniature hotdogs that might work as well.

These onion rings were so good!! The onions were sweet and tender while the coating was crisp. Very easy to make, too. Made them for a dinner party and they were a hit!!! We will make these over and over again.

I've always wanted to make onion rings but have been too intimidated to try. Rach makes everything else come out so easily and taste so good I had to try. What a success! Yes, the double dip was messy (so much for wet hand, dry hand, that was the only 'problem' I had. My cast iron skillet (see idea above worked great for holding the heat. These were sooo good! Yay Rachael!

All I have to say is my husband ate all the onion rings while I was finishing up with making the hamburgers. At least I got one when I took it to the table! This dipping sauce is incredibly easy and IT ROCKS!

I loved how crunchy these rings came out. Most recipes the rings will only stay crunchy right out of the oil. These actually stayed crunchy long enough to sit down after cooking and eat.

You inspired me to try this recipe even though I am not a fan of making fried foods. I agree with the other reviews that it's a bit messy but oh so worth it!!! My husband commented several times while he ate them how good they were and agreed that we had never tasted any better...anywhere. I will say I am not as quick as you and the rings and burgers from this show took me a bit more time, though mostly in prep time. It would be a great meal for a summertime party. Thanks for the great recipe and inspiring me to try it.

Easy to do, but a bit messy. The taste is fantastic as is the dipping sause. When I saw Rachel doing these rings, I had to run out to the store to get some sweet onions. I fried mine in a deep fryer, but I think I'll try the cast iron pan next time. The one thing to watch out for is not to overcook them
