Love this! I wanted to save calories and effort, so I skipped the cheese. Still yummy!

My husband and I love this meal!! it's great and easy. We add just a little more spice to it cause we like the heat. This makes awesome leftovers!!

This recipe is wickedly fast and super yummy. I was noticing some of the comments about it being too wet... it could be if you didn't simmer down the broth enough, you also need to simmer the sauce thr full 10 minutes. The only thing I did differently is instead of using the spices I bought a packet of Chili Seasoning and used 1/2 of it. That should remedy the lack of flavor for those who found it lack luster. My husband loved it and we have had it again a number of times with any cheese we have in the house. Tonight I am actually making it with leftover hamburgers that were cooked and frozen from a bbq last month. Just chop them up and follow the rest as usual.

I made this for the first time this past weekend, and it was so good! I only had a pound of ground sirloin, but it was enough for us. I also did not have the fire roasted tomatoes, but the dish was great. I was amazed at how easy the recipe was for me to put together, and my husband and I loved the flavors of the spices and the smoked cheddar. I personally like spicy food, and I feel that this could have been a tiny bit more spicy. However, given that I have two small children, the dish is perfect. When my super-picky 4-year-old gave his stamp of approval, we knew this was a keeper.

This is a great spin on mac and cheese and tastes terrific. It was easy to make and only took 41 minutes to have on the table. The leftovers were even better the next day.

This dish was delicious! Took some time looking for all the ingrediants in the local grocery store, but it was well worth the extra effort. I did half spicy italian sausage, and half ground sirloin which gave it some extra flavor. Instead of red bell pepper which is a little more pricey when feeding a large crowd, I added several green bell peppers which we enjoy more. I also used garlic fire roasted tomatoes which was probably just the same. Overall I think this is a hearty meal, on a cool night.

This was easy to prepare and very tasty. It was like goulash with a nice & spicy kick. My family enjoyed it very much. Great for leftovers also.

This recipe was absolutely yummy. I added a little extra chili powder for extra flavor. I also decreased the amount of pasta because I like more sauce than pasta. But otherwise, sooo easy to make and VERY tasty.
