    OK - not anything that blew our socks off. We had our chef friend over for dinner and he was kind enough to help me fix the dressing. The dressing needed mustard to "hold it together" and once I added that, it was better but still not something that I'd add to my rotation.

    Dress up the boring salad with some diversity! Great. The dressing needs a little something else to kick it up... but overall very good.
