I thougt the dish was tasty! Easy to prepare. A little too spicy for the youngsters. My 6 year old wouldn't eat it. I would suggest adding some chicken to give it some substance or serve it under a chicken brest.

    1 lemon, zested.
That is just too vague for me! I gotta have a measurement. I put way too much zest in this dish and man is it lemony! WOW! I would recommend a heaping tablespoon of lemon zest. Otherwise very quick and easy.

The flavor of the asparagus was overpowering and ruined this dish. On the bright side, the pesto was really tasty and I will use the pesto on future pasta dishes.

My son had just eaten In N Out Burger and I was making this dish for dinner he ended up eating a huge plate in addition. Way to go Rachel this is going to be a regular pasta dish in our home!

I forgot the pine nuts and tarragon, and I poured the pesto into the pasta water instead of the other way around, but it still came out wonderful. I think this is a very forgiving recipe, and easy to make. We had just this for dinner - nothing else - and we felt very satisfied.

I watched this episode while working out at the gym; and couldn't wait to try it..... it was delicious! My boyfriend loved it; and I'd definitely make it again... I didn't change a thing; only needed to add a little more salt & pepper.

This was so good! I have put this recipe with all my favorites and will make it again. I even gave it out to my sisters to try. My family loved this even though they are big meat eaters.
