Maybe it was because we didn't have all fresh herbs, but we weren't crazy about this dish. Gotta add extra salt and pepper, but I have to say it at least got me to try asparagus!

My family loved this dish. The pesto was fantastic and easy. And the dish was healthy for those in the family eating healthy. Others chose to put some meat in the dish which was good as well.

I wasn't quite sure about this when I first saw her make it - looked too easy. It was - easy and delicious. The tarragon really adds a neat difference to the pesto - almost a sweetness. I used walnuts instead of pinenuts in mine and it worked well. The veggies are great - nothing I would change. My kids even liked it!

When I made this recipe, I omitted the green beans because I forgot them at the store. Also, being a meat lover, I made it non-vegetarian and added pieces of proscuitto when I tossed everything at the end. It was amazing!! Everyone who ate it could not stop raving about it. Next time, I might add an extra zuccini or some yellow squash. You've done it again, Rachael!
